i cannot edit my videos.  you got some problems?

Is that happening with all your animations? Can you send us a link to the movie you have issues with if it's a specific one?
Can you let us know exactly what is happening? Any error message?

Anybody else has issues?

its okay now. but i cannot mix different characters from little peez and this chinese peez. i start to  make a video but all lil peez characters are deleted on that video.

now its working?????

Ihave two videos that i made last year that i cant edit but i can watch them when i click edit it takes me to the studio and then it says error 1010 and it loads forever

I think you must have some expired licensed characters in your movie, which cannot be editable again based on the agreement with our licensor.

well i got an idea why it wont work well there both videos made from the bunny charatars and i might no be able to edit cause they dont make thoese anymore am i right? nelf

You are correct, we don't have the license to let user to use it anymore.

how do u get the licences nelf?

We will need to ask the owner of those characters for usage permission and if negotiation is successful, we ill have to pay a fee.
