1 Could not parse movie xml 11747530 Error

Rockhopper™ 2012-06-12 13:12:13

When you go to click Aftershock Ep.1 on my page. (the actual title to view comments ect.)
it appears as a white screen and says 1 Could not parse movie xml 11747530

It doesnt happen on any other of my videos.

Please look it into this when possible

                                                               Thankyou,RockHopper

Your movie is OK now.

Usually that kind of error message has to do with the internet, server failure or that kind of thing. XML stands for "extensible markup language" which is used to code web pages.

Chibi Anime™ 2012-06-12 21:30:42

oh, this happened with me too, now was ok :)

Rockhopper™ 2012-06-12 21:31:58

Oh okay thanks footsocktoe,I kinda guessed it was a temporary bug.

Hi all,
Sorry about the server instability for the past few days, things should be running fine now.

Pilbert GoPlus 2012-06-14 14:53:44

It is still happeneing to me also, it's my new video called PilbertTV Nightside #8 (JFiles,ELIS,TET)

http://goanimate.com/videos/0ap2cXdweDPE

Is there any way to fix it?

footsocktoe GoPlus 2012-06-14 21:09:03

You're right, Pilbert. I just checked and your movie is still showing that error with that link. But it plays fine from your profile page, just not from your videos page.

nelf Site Admin 2012-06-15 04:39:08

HI Pilbert,
I have check the link and it is working now. Sorry for the interruption. Let me know if you guys are having the same problem.

Doctor Bob GoPlus 2012-06-18 09:52:35

Just wanted to report that I have been experiencing this same error message as well when I try to view my videos.  It doesn't happen every single time, but enough to be an issue.  It actually just started doing this last night though, so I've only just started experiencing it.

nelf Site Admin 2012-06-19 00:16:15

Ok wpbeal, are you seeing this error randomly? If yes, I will have to contact the engineers in charge to see if they have a explanation on this.

Doctor Bob GoPlus 2012-06-19 09:57:42

Well the problem seems to be gone now, but I will let you know if it happens again.  Btw, it did seem to happen randomly, across all of my videos.

nelf Site Admin 2012-06-19 23:52:49

Hi all,
We suspect this is a random error and we are now investigating on it, if you have encountered this problem please notify me. Thanks in advance.

TruAnimation GoPlus 2012-06-21 08:51:42

The problem is happening again! it happened on ALL OF MY  VIDEOS!

Alvin Site Admin 2012-06-21 22:13:16

We just released a fix for this.  Please let us know if you encounter the error again.

Hi,
This message just popped up for me when I tried to save an animation I was working on in the full video maker...It says 'could not parse movie xml'

bazick 2012-12-07 04:50:46

I get errors while trying to save and now I can't watch anyone's animations or mine.

Manik35 2012-12-07 06:53:30

The same happened with me but it usually gets Okay
within some time .

Misa Misa Yagami 2012-12-07 19:05:35

Mine was ok shortly after, but this was just one of a few glitches i've noticed recently in GoAnimate.  For ex., sometimes when i give a character a hand-held prop, it doesnt show up in their hands. A few props I have in one scene wont show up in the next scene. Yesterday, while working on a scene I tried to get a character to 'lie down' but it wouldnt do it. This was using the full movie feature, mainly using lil peepz characters. Weird, but annoying issues i've been having problems with only the past few days.
