Hi Daynja, the amount of GoBucks received is based upon which GoPlus package you have chosen. With the three month plan you receive 500 GoBucks. A one year plan gives you 2,000 GoBucks. And a two year plan gives you 4,000 GoBucks.
I would check to confirm what plan you signed up for. And if you did not receive the correct amount of GoBucks. Then e-mail Support@GoAnimate.com. They can check and confirm the purchase and GoBucks amount.

I paid for a GoPlus subscription and I only got 300 GoBucks or so (That I had beforehand) and not 4,000! Please help!
