Like be able to say what your doing so if people go on your profile they will see it. Its like advertising to all your fans wit goplus, but people will go on your profile to see it. I think im explaining it in a really bad way.

You can update/change your message beneath your profile picture as often as you want. Feel like giving an hourly update? It can be done. Not sure how many people read em' I do my best to, but you can already do what you are suggesting. :)
I wish i could. It is rare for me to read a broadcast message. I check what it's about and that's it.
