I changed my primary Google email account from Donovan448@yahoo.com to Donovan6368@Gmail.com and now, when I login into my GoAnimate account using my Google login Donovan448@yahoo.com or Donovan448@gmail.com it takes me to a new account JeffWade rather then my old account!
Log out of your Google account before you log in to GoAnimate.
In other words, get yourself in a state where you are not logged in anywhere for anything. When you log in to GoAnimate it should set a cookie that will keep you logged in for 30 days.
No matter what I do, I can't login using my Google account Donovan448@yahoo.com or Donovan6368@Gmail.com. It takes me to a new account JeffWade instead of Donovan448. I have two other computers that have the thrity day cookie where I can stay logged in to GoAnimate as Donovan448. Do I need to delete those cookies too?
I'm confused. Is Jeff Wade your account? If it is, then you are violating the TOS which says you can only have one account. So you just need to decide on which GoAn account is going to be your true GoAn account and then make the necessary adjustments in your email accounts.

I can't access my GoAnimate Plus account (Donovan448) because it keeps loging me into the new account (Jeff Wade).
In other words, I'm trying to login using my Google account, but since I changed my primary email address, GoAnimate does not log me into my plus account (Donovan448); it logs me into this stupid new account, which I didn't want.
Are you clicking on the Google button on the log in screen? You don't have to log in that way. What happens if you log in with your old email address, the one you used to open your original GoAnimate account??
That worked! Instead of loging in using the Google account option. I just used the GoAnimate login and used my Donovan448@yahoo.com email, and it now works.

Hi Jeff,
One thing you can do is to clear your browser's cookies. It will erase prior log-in information.
Okay, it worked on one computer. I'll try it on the other two later.

Nope...It did it again on the same computer after I deleted cookies. I still can't login my Donovan448 GoAnimate account using my Google account.
It still see me as JeffWade - Donovan6368@gmail.com - instead of Donovan448 - Donovan448@yahoo.com.
