When I tried to post a new cartoon to facebook, the little screenshot preview and embed isn't loading on the "share" popup window, or when i publish it onto facebook. The title appears and the link is active and correct but no embed of the video. This hasn't occurred before. Help?
No. And as a matter of fact, I did a test. On some vids it works fine, but not on others. That's what's frustrating as I spent a bunch of time trying to get it to work. Can't figure out why it works in one case, but not in another.
Here are things I have tried:
1."Copy" and saved as a new vid
2. added a frame at the front
3. added a frame at the end
4. unpublish/republish
5. tried from the video home screen, from the video screen and from the screen after "save and share"
6. public/private
7. changed the title
8. changed the tag
9. changed the description
Is there an admin who can look at this? My GoPlus free month is set to expire soon and I had intended to purchase 3 months. However, I need to publish to facebook and if the embedding thing is buggy, it's a mark against my choosing to make the purchase.
Can I only embed one at a time on facebook? I have one embedded there from laste week. Whe i "share" that one, the embedded thing works fine. But now it wont work for any other video i have made. Can no one answer this? Is there no admin on these boards? Is there a way to contact an admin? I am doing my due diligence but I am getting nothing from goanimate.com
It sounds more like a Facebook problem, doesn't it? But I'm sure someone here will have an answer for you eventually. I don't use Facebook so I haven't a clue.

When the popup opens, the title and description appears, and a place for the video square seems to be present, but blank. The little "play" button is visible, but the video screenshot is not...only a blank space.
However, the obvious bigger question is "why?" Will I have to come asking for help each time I want to post something to Facebook? Does everyone? Only me? Is there something i can do on my end to ensure that the problem doesn't occur with my next video?
Most likely, you won't face this problem again since we've fixed it. The reason why some of the videos still missing thumbnails when sharing on facebook is because the video page is being cached by facebook. Once the cache is expired, it will back to normal.
