Of the four animators I may like that are shown on the home page of this site, three of them haven't published any animation yet. The fourth animator suggested by the site hasn't published a new animation for more than a year, and his/her last activity is 6 months ago when he/she claimed a badge. Also, he/she has no idols, despite the fact of having 44 fans...
What I am saying is this suggestion is completely wrong. I bet it won't be too difficult to make sure the site suggests animators with animations and who are active in the last week, for instance...
* When I say "this suggestion" I mean the Animators You May Like choice of animators of the site, not the one I am making above this comment... just in case someone's wondering if I am on drugs or what...
Mines doesn't have any. It has the title 'Animators you may like', but there isn't anyone under it. It just has 'From the community' under it, under another set of dotted lines
My "animators you may like" does not show 4 animators. It just shows one, always the same one: news team. He has never made a movie, a view, or an idol, and has 170 fans.
I think "animators you may like" is automatically set up to direct you to low level animators, in an attempt to help them get their level up. I don't think I've ever seen an animator higher than level 4 suggested; not that I have anything against low levels, seeing as levels don't really matter until you're in the really high ones, it's just that this is my theory as to how it works.
I only see 2 animators. I can remember one of them was news team and that he/she hasn't done anything on go animate and has 0 vids and has more fans then me.

That's 100% True! They should update it to new ones.
I have noticed this also Gipsy. Same as on the page that shows the AOTM on the left side it has shown the same staffpicks for the last 4 months! ;)

There use to be real old users there. Basic users with high levels

@SamTheGinger: I don't mind having as a suggestion low level users, but it does not make any sense if they don't even have one public animation...
This always happens to me! You should be able to remove the suggestions, also, "news team" shows up on mine too! It's so annoying!
