My friend didnt seem to get a verify email so he can't msg or comment

He should make sure he used the same email to sign up with. He might have spelled it wrong.

And if he did spell it right, he should check his spam folder in case the email went there.

If those don't solve the mystery then he should send an email to support@goanimate.com
