Companies such as GoAnimate and Xtranormal allow you to build a basic video for free and then charge more for upgrades or enhanced monthly service. The highest fee I saw was $59 per month, but you could cut off service after three months. Compare that to the cost of a professional video with actors or, even cheesier, you and your employees.
