@animatorfan33 is correct. To get the badge MIA, you need to create a badge with Spock or Kirk and then meet the requirements.
One suggestion in the opening scene you have the characters standing over a prop. If you click on the character and or prop you can send them backwards or bring them forward. This makes for a more realistic view.
BY the way, luckily I didn't get dizzy ;)
er... I do not think you get the badge MIA in this video, because you can only earn this badge without the appearance of the kirk and spock .
